MISS JAMAICA WORLD 2013 - Gina Hargitay

 ROAD TO MISS WORLD 2013

Gina Hargitay, Miss Nirvana Magazine, was crowned Miss Jamaica World 2013 at the conclusion of the pageant held at the Montego Bay Convention Center on Sunday night of July 21st, 2013. Hargitay is 19 years old and stands 1.77 m. She will represent Jamaica in the Miss World 2013 pageant, scheduled for September 28th in Jakarta.

 The first runner-up was Jenaee Jackson and the second runner-up was Amanda McCreath. The top 7 completed with Jessica Campbell, Shanice Rerrie, Sheree Tomlinson, and Vanessa Metzger.

A total of 25 finalists competed for the title of Miss Jamaica World 2013.

The Top 15 final listing is: Sheree Tomlinson, Ariel Brown, Amanda McCreath, Sara- Kay Webley, Shanice Rerrie, Vanassa Metzger, Gina Hargatay, Latoya Johnson, JoAnna Sadler, Arriana Bartley.

MISS LEBANON WORLD 2013 - Karen Ghrawi

ROAD TO MISS WORLD 2013



Karen Ghrawi was crowned Miss Lebanon 2013 by the last year’s Miss Lebanon Rina Chibany at the conclusion of the pageant held on September 1st, 2013 held at Biel. The 22-year-old Interior Design student stands 174 cm and weighs 58 kg. She will now represent her country at Miss World 2013,scheduled for September 28th, 2013 in Indonesia. Karen has only a few days to prepare for the contest.

 

According to the pageant’s website, Karen Ghrawi is described to be a sensitive person. Her interests include swimming and dancing. Karen admires her father and her most prized possession is her faith.

Karen Ghrawi’s court includes the first Runner Up Jose Rita, the 2nd Runner Up Christina Dagher, the 3rd Runner Dania Kobeissy and the 4th Runner Up Nay Riachy.

With the title, Karen walks away with a $300,000 house in Beit Misk,$53,000 Audi Q3, a $50,000 jewelry gift from Paolo Bongia, $20,000 voucher from Aïshti and a lot more.
15 beauties from all walks of Lebanon competed for this Miss Lebanon 2013 crown.

The 10 finalists included Josette Marie Chehade, Wendy Maroun, Jose Rita Azize, Ella Ijbeh, Karen Ghrawi, Nay Riachy, Christina Dagher, Luciana Younes, Melissa Rahme, and Dania Kobeissy.

MISS CHINESE TAIPEI WORLD 2013 - Shao Chuan Chang

Shao Chuan Chang, the reigning Miss Republic of China (Taiwan) 2013, will compete in Miss World 2013 this September in Indonesia under the designation of Chinese Taipei. The The beauty from Taipei is 22 years old and stands 5’10.5″.

The country last competed in Miss World 2008. Chinese International Beauty Pageant Association are the new license holders of Miss World in Taiwan.

MISS NETHERLANDS WORLD 2013 - Jacqueline Steenbeek

Jacqueline Steenbeek, Miss Netherlands World 2013, Jacqueline was crowned Miss World Netherlands 2013 at the conclusion of the Miss Nederland 2012 pageant held on Monday, December 10, 2012 in Amsterdam. Jacqueline, from Drunen is 24 years old and and stands 1.80 m. She will represent Netherlands in the upcoming Miss World 2013 pageant, scheduled for September 28th, 2013 in Indonesia.

A graduate of the University of Midwifery Maastricht, she is currently working as a midwife. To date, she has delivered 189 babies. Next January is a special occasion since she will be the midwife for her sister in law.

MISS NEW ZEALAND WORLD - Ella Liliane Langsford

Ella Liliane Langsford, Miss World New Zealand 2013! Ella was born and raised in the city of Auckland. She is currently a student of business at Auckland University of Technology with a double major in International Business and Marketing.

She was crowned Miss World New Zealand 2013 at the Te Pai Centre of the Netball Waitakere in Auckland on April 27, 2013. The 20-year-old beauty from Ponsonby, Central Auckland stands 1.77 m. She will represent New Zealand in the upcoming Miss World 2013 beauty pageant, scheduled to take place in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 28, 2013.

Navneet Dhillon,  Miss World India 2013, the 20-year-old beauty from Patiala is a media student in Punjabi University. In addition to modelling, Navneet is interested in photography, swimming, horse-riding.

 Being the daughter of an army officer she began with her education at Army Public School, Ambala Cantt,finally settled in Patiala to pursue base of studies,finishing her secondary education from Budha dal public school,Patiala,then choosing B tech. in TV and MEDIA from Punjabi University, Patiala and currently she resides at Salaria Vihar in Patiala.

Navneet Kaur Dhillon was crowned Miss World India 2013 during the 50th edition of the Pond’s Femina Miss India 2013 pageant held at the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai on March 24, 2013. She will represent India in the upcoming Miss World 2013 in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 28.

Sarah Baderna, Miss World Italy 2013,  21-year-old beauty is studying Economics and Business Administration at the University of Milan Bicocca. She has been modelling in Milan since she was 16 years old. She is a black belt in karate, she also loves snowboarding, horse-riding and tennis. She describes herself as “always on the move”. She has a great desire to become a fashion designer and actually has her own fashion brand.

 Sarah Baderna was crowned Miss World Italy 2013 at the Piazza Aldo Moro in Gallipoli on Saturday night of June 15th, 2013. The blond beauty from Castell’Arquato is 22 years old and stands 1.80 m. She will represent Italy at the upcoming Miss World 2013 pageant in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 28.

Sarah Baderna twice competed in the Miss Italia pageant and was the second runner-up in Miss Italia 2011.

She describes herself as “a fighter… hardworking, happy, reliable, and honest” and aspires to be either a dancer or an actress. She loves all kinds of sports and contemporary dance and jazz. That’s why in her spare time she likes to read fantasy novels and listens to chill out, jazz, and classical music. MISS UNITED STATES WORLD 2013 - Olivia Jordan

Olivia Jordan has just been appointed as Miss World United States 2013 by the Elite Models company, the license holder of Miss World Organization in the United States. The beauty from Tulsa, Oklahoma is 22 years old and stands at 1.80 m. She will represent the United States in the upcoming Miss World 2013 pageant, scheduled for September 28 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Olivia was the first runner-up to Mabelynn Capeluj in the Miss California USA 2013 pageant, representing Beverly Hills.

Olivia was born September 28 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating from Bishop Kelley High School, Olivia attended Boston University where she majored in Health Science and worked as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer at BU’s FITREC facility.

Upon graduating from BU, Olivia moved to Los Angeles to pursue her lifelong passion for acting and modeling. She has been featured on screen, but has yet to have her “big break.” She epitomizes the term, “student of life.”
