Monifa Jansen was born and raised in Curacao. Currently, she is in the last year of VWO and after graduation, she would like to enroll at the University of Maastricht in Europe to study International Law. Her dream is to become a succesfull Businesswoman.




Monifa calls herself as a very energetic young woman, with a lot of ambitions. She has practiced different kinds of sport during the childhood. Track and field, volley ball, swimming and also body shape are a few of them.

Luca Ruch is the winner of Mister Schweiz 2011

Luca Ruch was crowned Mister Schweiz 2011 on April 2, 2011 at Bodensee-Arena in Kreuzlingen.. He’s 21 years old and stands 1.81m. Luca is currently an economics student. His hobbies are: soccer and sports in general, tennis, poker, spending time with friends. Luca has been one of the strongest contender for the title Mister Schweiz 2011 from the beginning. Congratulation to Luca! Michel de Carolis, 26, was the 1st runner-up. The other two finalists were Dominique Capraro, 22, and Pascal Breitenstein, 22.

Monifa Jansen Crowned Miss Universe Curacao 2011 on April 2nd. Monifa is 18 year old and stands 1.74 m. She will represent Curacao in the Miss Universe 2011 pageant in Sao Paulo, Brazil, next September. The first runner-up was Evalina van Putten. The second runner-up was Germone De Lima.

Vu Hoang My will represent Vietnam in Miss Asia Pacific 2011

Road to Miss Asia Pacific 2011

Vu Hoang My, the first runner-up of the Miss Vietnam 2010 beauty pageant, will represent Vietnam in Miss Asia Pacific 2011 to be held on Saturday, June 4th, at the Jeju Art Center in Jeju Island, Korea.

Vu Hoang My is 22 years old and stands 1.75m tall. She was nominated to compete in the beauty contest by Vietnam Elite Company. She has been approved by the Performing Arts Department, under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
