Diana Banchero was appointed as Miss Earth Uruguay 2011on September 25, 2011 at the Hotel Cala Di Volpe. She will represent Uruguay at the 11th Miss Earth pageant in Thailand.
Diana is the first runner up in the 2011 Miss Uruguay pageant. Gustavo Servetti and Tabare Herranz, the Uruguayan franchise holders will hold a pageant in January 2012 to select their representative for Miss Earth 2012.
