Alex Carlson-Helo was crowned Miss Washington Teen USA 2012 at the state pageant held on October 9, 2011 at the Highline Performing Arts Center, 401 South 152nd St., Burien, Washington. She will represent Washington in Miss Teen USA 2012 Pageant.
