The Result of The Best Costume Competition for Miss Universe 2011

Panama chooses national costume for Miss Universe


The Best Costume competition of the Miss Panama 2011 pageant took place on Thursday, May 5th. The winning costume will be featured during the 2011 Miss Universe pageant to be held in Sao Paulo in September. The winner was “El Cacique Paris, deidad indigena y gran tesoro del Quema”, designed by Moises Sandoya, and modeled by Miss Herrera, Sheldry Saez.


In 2nd place was Miss Veraguas, Irene Nunez, in a design by Abdul Juliao


And in 3rd place was Miss Panama Centro, Keity Mendieta with a design by Daniel Cortina.
