Michelle Gillingwater Pedersen, 23, is the new Miss Gibraltar. She was crowned tonight, in Gibraltar. The 1st runner-up was Jessica Baldachino, 23, and the 2nd runner-up was Chantal Canepa, 24.
Miss Gibraltar is a private bank clerk, who speaks English, Spanish and Danish. She will compete in Miss World 2011, in London, on September 6th.
