Isabella Cazon Torres, 18, from Portugal was crowned as the overall winner of Miss Teenager Universe 2011 on October 9, 2011 at the convention center of Tikal Futura Hotel in Guatemala.
The first runner-up was Smendiziuk Channing, 18, from Canada. The second runner-up was Diana Dinu, 17, of Romania. The third runner-up was Brenda Castro of Costa Rica and the fourth runner-up was Marina Jacaby of Nicaragua, was the fourth.
