According to the official statement released by Beauties of Canada, license holders for the Miss Universe pageant, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, the winner of Miss Universe Canada 2012 Sahar Biniaz will no longer be able to represent the country at the Miss Universe 2012pageant taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 19th.
Adwoa Yamoah is the new Miss Universe Canada 2012 to rerplace Sahar Biniazis.
Adwoa Yamoah, the first runner-up in Miss Universe Canada 2012, will now represent the country in the event.
Adwoa Yamoah from Calgary is 24 years old and stands 1.75 m. Born in Ghana, Accra, Adwoa immigrated to Canada at a very young age. Yamoah is currently working for Corus Radio, one of Canada’s largest media companies in the Calgary office. She also teaches hip hop dance at Prestige Dance Academy in Calgary.
