GREEN APPLE &LEMON GRASS SOUP
GREEN APPLE &LEMON GRASS SOUP (knee cartilage regeneration)
Materials:
5 lemongrass grain & 2 green apples (all diced)
Practice
1. Add water overshadowed by materials
2. Cook over low heat until apples soften (slow cooker can cook from evening to the next morning
3. Drink green apples and lemongrass tea (do not add anything) once a day to help the knee cartilage regeneration.
