Silvia Novais from Brazil was crowned Miss Italia nel Mondo 2011. Silvia Novais was Miss Sao Paulo in 2009 and a semi-finalist in Miss Brasil 2009 pageant. The runners up were Argentina and Spain. Completing the top 6 Venezuela,Ecuador and Switzerland.
