Melanie Vincent has been crowned Miss Republica Portuguesa Mundo 2012 by Barbara Franco (Miss Republica Portuguesa Mundo 2011) and an officially declaration at the Diskoteca Eskada in Vizela on 10th March, 2012.

Melanie Vincent will paint Portugal in the 62nd edition of Miss World beauty contest, Miss World 2012 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia on 18th August, 2012.
