María Nazareth Cascante Madrigal (21) from Tambor, was crowned Miss Costa Rica 2012 during an event held at the Teletica studios in San Jose on April 13th.
Nazareth, standing 173 cm tall, will now represent Costa Rica during the Miss Universe 2012 pageant in December.
The 1st and 2nd runner-ups were Ivonne Cerdas and Maria Cristina Lizano.
