Maria Castelo was crowned Miss World Angola 2013 on August 24, 2012 at the Cine Atlantico, in Luanda. She will represent Angola in the Miss World 2013 Pageant to be held in Indonesia, in September of 2013.
The first runner-ups was Claudia Daniela and the second runner-up was Vanilde Martins. This is the first ever Miss World Angola beauty contest.
